Terms of Service

1. Who we are
CubeDot ("CubeDot", "we", "us") is an AI product architect: software that helps you research, plan, and document a product through guided sessions, and export the results. CubeDot is operated by Takeaway Reality LTD. These terms are a binding agreement between you and us. If you use CubeDot on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and "you" means the company.
2. Your account
You need an account to use CubeDot. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old. Seats are personal and may not be shared.
3. Your content
You own the content you put into CubeDot and the documents it produces for you. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service: to store your content, process it with the AI models that power the product, and display it back to you and the collaborators you invite. We do not sell your content and we do not use your private projects to train shared models.
You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to use.
4. AI output
CubeDot produces plans, research, and documents with the help of large language models. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation, and identical prompts can produce different results. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. CubeDot plans software; it does not guarantee that what you build from a plan will be correct, compliant, or defect free.
5. Plans, payment, and usage
The free plan includes a monthly usage allowance. The Pro plan is a paid monthly subscription with a larger allowance, plus optional prepaid credits that are consumed only after the included allowance is used in a given month. Current pricing is shown in the product. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. See our refund policy for refunds. We may change prices with at least 30 days notice before your next renewal.
Usage allowances are measured in model tokens. We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect the service from abuse.
6. Acceptable use
- No attempts to break, overload, probe, or circumvent the service or its limits.
- No reselling or white-labeling access without a written agreement with us.
- No use that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
- No automated account creation or allowance farming.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which deletes your projects and content as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature survive (content ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
8. Disclaimers and liability
CubeDot is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including our liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we will notify you in the product or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use CubeDot after that date means you accept the updated terms.
